We ordered 2 packs. The one came with 2 usb cords and works great so far. The other box only had 1 usb cord and one of the lights did not work. It would not come on at all until I plugged it in to the usb cord. I thought it might just need charging so I left it plugged in. Now there is no light even if it is plugged in. I am giving it a 4 because the warranty looks good and I am in hopes of getting it replaced. My rating will be much lower if I can not get it replaced.
