One of the twin pack lights didn’t work. Customer service was quick and responsive and not only sent a quick replacement, they told me how to reconnect the loose wire on the one that didn’t work and that fixed that. Great light for under counter kitchen cabinet lights and like the varying brightness and multiple on and off features.
